The milestone release instructions are: “Escrow shall release upon verification in ARIN Whois that IPv4 block xx.xx.xx.x/16 is registered to [Buyers Name] ORG-ID: [Buyers Org-ID]”

Setting Up an Escrow.com Account
Creating an Escrow.com account is free and recommended to complete early to prevent any delays in your transaction.
Account verification involves a two-step process, which typically takes 1–2 days. If you encounter any issues, our Escrow.com representative can assist in expediting the process.
Steps to Set Up Your Account:
- Sign Up – Use an email and password associated with someone in your company who can track financial transactions and make necessary updates.
- Ignore the Initial Transaction Screen – After signing up, you’ll land on a transaction page. Instead, click on your initials in the upper right corner and select “Verify Account”.
Step 1: Identity Verification
You’ll need to verify the identity of a company representative. More details: escrow.com/support/identity-verification
Step 2: Company Verification
This step may require submitting articles of incorporation and/or a signed officer letter. More details: escrow.com/support/company-verification
Once these steps are completed, your buyer account setup is finished.
Additional Steps for Sellers (Receiving Funds)
If you are a seller and need to receive funds, follow these additional steps:
- Add a Bank Account for Fund Distribution
- Log in to your Escrow.com account.
- Click on your Initials in the top-right corner.
- Select “My Profile” from the menu.
- Scroll down to “Saved Distribution Methods” and click “Add New Distribution Method” to enter your banking details.
