About this Block

This RIPE /17 IPv4 subnet consists of 32,768 contiguous IPv4 addresses located in the Netherlands and is available for immediate acquisition through a fully managed transfer process. Large, contiguous blocks of this size are increasingly scarce in the RIPE region, making this subnet well suited for organizations requiring scale, routing simplicity, and long-term IPv4 capacity.

The address space has been reviewed using comprehensive blacklist reporting across more than 100 global sources and is confirmed clean and reputable for production deployment. Geographic consistency within the Netherlands supports stable routing, predictable latency, and compatibility with European hosting, cloud, and enterprise infrastructure requirements.

This block is eligible for transfer to ARIN, APNIC, or RIPE, providing flexibility for buyers operating across multiple regions or planning future registry alignment.

Transfer & Compliance

Transfers are handled end-to-end by Brander Group, an approved IPv4 transfer facilitator with extensive experience across RIPE, ARIN, and APNIC transactions. Our team manages registry coordination, compliance review, and pre-approval support, allowing buyers to complete transactions without operational overhead.

Most transfers complete within two to three weeks from initiation to registry approval. Prior to handoff, legacy routing records, BGP announcements, and outdated DNS entries are reviewed and addressed where necessary to ensure a clean and reliable transition.

This /17 subnet is ideal for network operators, cloud providers, data centers, and large enterprises seeking high-quality European IPv4 space with transparent pricing and a professionally managed transfer process.

Once you are ready to purchase an IPv4 address block you click on “Request Info” and submit your information. A representative will then send you a full blacklist report, a purchase agreement and payment information. We don’t require any upfront commitment

This is a permanent transfer of the IPv4 address block into your internet registry account. It will be a one-time fee, no additional yearly and monthly costs.

Specific to ARIN, Buyers must demonstrate a business justification to be eligible to receive an IPv4 Subnet. Buyers are required to receive approval from their respective Regional Internet Registry. Here are some tips:

  • Demonstrate usage of at least 50% of the IPv4 addresses over two (2) years.
  • Demonstrate 80% usage of the sum of all current IPv4 assignments and allocations
  • If you are using carrier assigned space, it’s easy to ask for your own IPv4 space as a way to migrate off carrier blocks and avoid being tied down by a specific company.

We run each IPv4 Address Block through proprietary software that checks each IP address against 100 global blacklists. This report will be provided to the Buyer before payment is made to confirm and verify the information to be accurate. If the Buyer finds any IPs not to be clean and provides the proof, we can replace with a different IPv4 Address Block or Buyer can cancel the order.
